FIRE BAN will be lifted July 12th at 6 p.m.
The Municipality of Coleman Township Fire Ban will be lifted July 12th at 6 p.m. The Municipality requires that the residents and visitors use extreme caution while starting and tending their fire. Ensure that you follow all Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations.
- No daytime burning permitted between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. until October 31st.
- Keep your fire small.
- Choose a safe site, at least five feet (16.4 feet) from any building.
- Stay with your fire, keep it under control, and extinguish it before leaving the site.
- Burning materials, you may only burn dry wood type materials.
- Respect your neighbor, don’t burn where smoke will bother your neighbor or blow across roadways and hamper visibility.
