Music Licensing
You must pay a SOCAN fee if you are going to be playing licensed music at your event. If your event has dancing, the SOCAN fees will be determined at time of booking.
Liability Insurance
Alcohol Events are required to provide the Township with a Certificate of Insurance showing proof of liability Insurance in an amount no less than $ 2,000,000.00. The Certificate of Insurance can be obtained through your Insurance provider or by contacting your Insurance Broker.
